Courtney and Dee, were very personal-able and I felt their goal was for us to have a perfect trip. They were very detail oriented and followed up on things we had questions about promptly. Willing to give feedback about possible options and tailored our experience to what we wanted and not upselling us on things. This is a travel company that cannot be beat! They are thorough and genuinely care and listen to your input and ideas. They took what was a last minute dream, full of fragmented ideas, and made it into a whole, wonderful experience for me and my husband. They were in touch with us throughout the process and during the trip and made sure that we were on track for a great time. When we encountered a problem, they were instantly available to assist us and took care of it immediately--regardless of the time of day, we might add. We cannot tell them thank you enough for their attention to detail, personalized service and the great care they took of us.! Thank you!!!!

I've used one other travel agency on a different trip and I wasn't sold on the concept. I decided to ask Twin Flame to plan this vacation for me to see if maybe the first agency was just a dud. I would never consider using anyone else after this experience. The amazing women of Twin Flame were professional, patient, genuinely excited for my trip and even included the girls in the pre-trip plans to get them just as excited and amped up for our vacation as I was! Dee and Courtney were thorough and took every detail of my wants and helped make it happen, finding alternatives that didn't reduce our experience when some of the first options considered were above budget. Absolutely amazing experience and I can't wait to plan my next family vacation with them for 2025!!

They are very professional and courteous. My husband and I enjoyed everything from start to finish. We enjoyed our train ride from New York to Canada and our hotel was excellent to everything within walking distance. We will definitely be using them again. Love John and Carolyn ❤️

I contacted Twin Flame Travel to help me plan my vision for a divorce celebration journey driving across a few states and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. I shared some of the ideas I had and they took it from there! I had a lot of other planning that needed to go into the trip - so it was really helpful that they were able to take the load off in choosing the destinations, hotels and selecting activities in each of the cities. They also kept me in check by following up regularly and scheduling occasional zoom calls to make sure everything was lining up the way I'd envisioned. I was so impressed with their hotel selections and general travel knowledge - it really shows their passion for travel and creating amazing experiences for their clients. Their services also don't end when the trip begins - they provide access to your daily itinerary through an app - with clickable links to destinations and activities. They also are able to accommodate last minute changes - when I ended up with a cold on the 2nd day - they were able to modify my future reservations so that I could stay in one location longer to recover. Overall the services they provided were priceless and I will continue to have them plan my future personal and business travel.

Their communication was seamless, and the beautifully designed app kept our itinerary, complete with real-time flight updates, at our fingertips. Twin Flame is A1 in the business. My best friend and I took a trip to Jamaica and experienced nothing but the best of service and care. These ladies really treat you as their in every aspect of trip; before, during and after. From VIP Airport arrival to making sure dietary needs were met, EVERYTHING was handled. I will never plan another trip on my own again. Thank you ladies for your passion and commitment to what you do!
